ExitCare In-Patient Product Overview

The ExitCare Patient Education System features over 2,000 documents covering most medical specialties including Medical/Surgical, Cardiology, Ambulatory Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Dietary, Radiology, etc. Some documents are formatted to provide concise information at discharge, others are general informational documents. Where Joint Commission has specified Core Measures requirements for patient education, ExitCare documents will keep you in compliance.
